FAQs

If your freezer is 0-32 degrees you can store it for 6-8 hours, any longer it will start to freeze. Be sure to give it a good mix when you take it out to bring the consistency back to life. If it is a deep chilled freezer below 0 degrees, there is a chance it could start to freeze the product after freezing for several hours.
The 5 gallon containers are insulated, so that will work, but it will loosen a little overnight. Don’t over-mix the product when you take it out, because it will break down the consistency if agitated too much.
The 5 gallon insulated containers can be picked up and dropped off can be at either location, Union St or Kirkwood Highway.
