Fusco’s was founded by Francesco “Cheech” Fusco and his son Rosario in 1957 and has been passed down from generation to generation ever since. A bona fide family tradition, every aunt, uncle, brother, and sister have been pouring their heart and soul into the water ice stand since its founding.

Fusco’s has been making water ice with the same equipment, quality ingredients, and family since its founding, taking pride in each and every cup.
