Founded in 1957, Fusco's Water Ice is a fourth-generation family business dedicated to the art and craft of authentic Italian lemon water ice. Joseph Staffieri, great grandson of founder Francesco "Cheech" Fusco, has given the stand some modernization. All while keeping the most important element of all old school- The recipe. They pride themselves on their product remaining all natural for over 65 years. Consisting of lemon, water and sugar- NEVER any sort of additives or stabilizers.
